Dental Health Tip: Brushing

:Hey everybody! Go ahead and check out everything listed below. I have made a list of a ton of different tips that will help you when you are brushing your teeth. I hope these tips help you to take care of your teeth in a better way. As always, if you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to send me a comment as I will always answer your question to the best of my ability.

Toothbrushing Tips

Follow the tips provided below to brush your teeth better:

  • Be sure to brush your teeth at least two times a day and after every meal if possible
  • When brushing hold your toothbrush at a slight angle and use short back and forth strokes
  • Use a toothpaste that is fluoride based
  • Use a soft bristle toothbrush that is gentle on your gums (preferably a Sonicare toothbrush)
  • Brush all parts of your teeth including the inside and outside
  • Brush your tongue very well to eliminate bad breath and bacteria
  • Brush for a minimum of 2 minutes but preferably until your teeth feel clean all over
  • Don't brush to do, just apply light pressure, over brushing can be bad too
  • Get a new toothbrush or toothbrush head every 3 months in order to continue with healthy brushing
  • Get an electric toothbrush if you can afford it.
